  • Your path depends on where you are today and where you want to go. A Career Bridge Career Planner will work with you to identify your goals and determine which services may help you reach them.

  • Not sure what comes next? Work one-on-one with a Career Planner to explore your skills, interests, career options, and opportunities in Eastern Iowa.

  • Need new skills to move into a better career? Eligible participants may receive assistance with approved education or occupational training that prepares them for an in-demand career.

  • Get help preparing for your next opportunity, including job search assistance, connections to employment opportunities, and support developing the skills employers are looking for.

  • Sometimes the best way to learn is on the job. Career Bridge may connect eligible participants with opportunities such as On-the-Job Training and other work-based learning experiences

  • Barriers shouldn't automatically put your career goals out of reach. Depending on your individual circumstances, eligibility, and available resources, additional support may be available to help you successfully participate in employment or training.

Career Bridge is the Eastern Iowa Workforce Board's Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I Adult and Dislocated Worker program. Services are subject to eligibility, individual need, available funding, and applicable federal, state, and local program requirements.
